We provide monthly financial analysis and KPI tracking using your bank statements, credit card statements, investment accounts, and practice production data.
Our Data Security Promise

- ✅ Automatic File Deletion: Raw financial documents deleted from Dropbox within 60 days of processing
- ✅ Two-Factor Authentication: All Dropbox access protected by 2FA security
File Upload Process
You’ll receive a unique Dropbox folder link for secure document uploads. Upload your monthly statements directly – no email attachments required.
Accepted File Types: PDF, JPG, PNG, Excel, CSV
File Naming: Please label files clearly (e.g., "Chase_Checking_Jan2025.pdf")
What We Collect & How We Use It

Agreement Terms

- Paid Service: Annual payment of $200, auto-renews unless cancelled
- Cancellation: 30-day written notice required – just email me!
- File Storage: Documents stored in Dropbox Business, deleted after 60 days
- Governing Law: Arizona state law
